Beautyvivo operates on a curated on-demand model. To ensure you receive the latest hardware revisions, orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners via CJPacket Sensitive. Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 7-14 business days, following a 1-3 day processing window.
Note: All individual orders are inclusive of import duties. For orders exceeding $1,000 NZD, New Zealand Customs may apply additional GST.
As a New Zealand business, we comply fully with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your device arrives faulty, we will provide a priority replacement. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once the security seal has been broken.
Our inventory levels are synced in real-time with our global fulfillment center. In the rare event that an item sells out during your checkout process, our system will automatically notify you and provide an immediate refund or priority restock option.
